What is SAVING OCEAN?
SAVING OCEAN 邀請公司與協會，把海洋留在人們的生活裡。慈善夥伴 Save Turtle Project 歡迎大家一起協力，也歡迎每一個人捐助。每一頁都說清楚：正在做什麼、是誰在做、故事寫在哪裡。
SAVING OCEAN invites companies and associations to keep the ocean in people’s lives. Our charity partner, Save Turtle Project, welcomes help and welcomes every gift. Each page says what is being done, who is doing it, and where the story is written.
Who can join?
歡迎公司與協會來信。請到聯絡頁，說說你們如何與海洋相處，以及你們的網站。慈善夥伴目前是 Save Turtle Project，給大家一起協力，也給公眾捐助。
Companies and associations are welcome to write. Use the contact page, and tell us how you live with the ocean, and where your website is. The charity partner today is Save Turtle Project, for shared work and for public gifts.
How do I donate?
捐助請交給 Save Turtle Project。請先打開慈善頁，再到 saveturtle.net，走他們自己的捐助方式。公司與協會也可以認養一個巡灘季節、印一批教材，或陪沙灘過一天。
Gifts go to Save Turtle Project. Open the charity page, then saveturtle.net, and use the way they ask people to give. Companies and associations can also take a patrol season, print school kits, or spend a day on the beach.
Who is Save Turtle Project?
SAVE TURTLE ORGANISATION，登記名稱 Chráníme mořské želvy z.s.，是 2017 年成立的捷克非營利組織。他們在印尼六處、斯里蘭卡南部三處的築巢沙灘工作，守護綠蠵龜、玳瑁、蠵龜、橄欖蠵龜與革龜。自 2014 年起，他們告訴大家：近五百萬隻幼龜入了海。故事在 saveturtle.net。
SAVE TURTLE ORGANISATION, registered as Chráníme mořské želvy z.s., is a Czech nonprofit founded in 2017. They work on six nesting beaches in Indonesia and three in southern Sri Lanka, keeping green, hawksbill, loggerhead, olive ridley, and leatherback turtles. Since 2014 they have told of nearly five million hatchlings reaching the sea. The story is on saveturtle.net.
How are turtles protected on site?
直接保護包括遷移受威脅的卵、護送幼龜入海、夜間守灘、清理塑膠、記錄健康與位置。另外有顧問訓練、從幼兒園到高中的教育，以及讓巡灘成為生計一部分的替代工藝。
Direct protection includes moving threatened eggs, walking hatchlings to the sea, night patrols, plastic clean-up, and health records. There is also training, education from kindergarten to high school, and substitute crafts so patrol can be part of a living.
Who are the members?
夥伴裡已經有故事的，包括海岸教育、海洋觀光、數位新材料、The Ocean Cleanup、Eyesea、Global Fishing Watch、OceanMind、Ocean Purpose Project，以及慈善夥伴 Save Turtle Project。其餘位置先寫工作的種類，等有名字的組織來了再補上。
Stories already open for Coastal Education, Marine Tourism, Digital New Materials, The Ocean Cleanup, Eyesea, Global Fishing Watch, OceanMind, Ocean Purpose Project, and the charity partner Save Turtle Project. Other places are named by the kind of work, until an organisation arrives under its own name.
What events are coming?
這裡記下我們一起做的事。世界海洋日是 2026 年 6 月 8 日。2026 年 10 月有海岸開放日，淨灘與捐助都迎向 Save Turtle Project。築巢的季節是一起守灘的時候。季節聚會只招待受邀的客人。
This calendar is what we do together. World Oceans Day is 8 June 2026. In October 2026 a coast day brings beach cleans and gifts toward Save Turtle Project. Nesting season is when we keep the beach together. The seasonal evening is by invitation.
What is the pledge?
把海留在人類生活裡。這不是一句活動口號。公司與協會說出自己如何與海洋相處，並把支持送到真正在沙灘上工作的人手裡。
Keep the ocean in human life. This is not a slogan for one event. Companies and associations say how they live with the sea, and send support to the people working on the beach.
Do you reprint articles?
我們不把別人的文章整篇搬過來。我們轉述，並請你去讀他們自己寫下的話。
We do not copy someone else’s article in full. We retell, and we ask you to read what they wrote themselves.

Who is Digital New Materials?
數位新材料做鳳梨纖維。果實留給餐桌，葉子做成線與布，葉粉可以做吸管與鞋墊。少燒一些葉子，也少用一些塑膠。故事在 pfiber.savingocean.org。
Digital New Materials makes pineapple fiber. The fruit stays food. The leaves become yarn and cloth, and the powder can become straws and insoles. Fewer leaves are burned, and a little less plastic is used. The story is at pfiber.savingocean.org.
What should I watch on a beach holiday?
築巢的季節，請不要讓強光照著沙灘，不要觸摸或餵食，不要買龜殼，夜間也不要開車碾過可能有巢的地方。觀光的夥伴會在出航前說好人數與距離。守護海龜的人這樣說：你的假期選擇，可以救一隻海龜的命。
In nesting season, keep hard lights off the sand. Do not touch or feed. Do not buy tortoiseshell. Do not drive over a place that might hold a nest. Tourism partners say, before the boat leaves, how many people and how far. The turtle keepers say this: your holiday choice can save a turtle’s life.
